Welcome to Trustivide
We help you make the change happen for real
About us
Trustivide was founded in 2020 by Anna-Sara Sandvik, Louice Andersson, Sophia Fridsén and Jonatan Francén. Everyone felt that there is so much potential in our organizations today that we are not using. Much that is done in organizations today is good, but there is also so much that is about culture, leadership, collaboration and working methods that we could do better. That's why Trustivide was started.
We have been interested in this issue for many years in different roles and in different organizations. We have been looking for answers as leadership and organizational developers to try to influence leadership and team development. We have been looking for answers within process management and as process managers have tried to harmonize the development work and thus see if we can focus on the right things. We have also searched for solutions in the sphere of governance, measurement and key figures and, as HR analysts, have tried to explore and change what is measured and followed up in organizations.
The more we searched, the more we realized that it is difficult but also actually quite simple. Difficult because we are all different. We have different needs, ambitions and conditions. Simple because we are all also in a way quite similar. We want to do what feels important to us. We like meaning, we like stories, we feel good about belonging and if we are going to change, we want to be involved and do it our way.
We believe that there should be different paths to choose as we all have different needs and ambitions and want to own the change. We also believe that the best way to communicate research is to make it interesting and understandable. We do it through metaphors, images and stories. And in order for us to understand, adopt and make it our own, we need to be given the opportunity to gather in dialogue and community.
What we believe in
Many organizations know that it is important to have a healthy culture and smart working methods to achieve results. The hard part is knowing how to achieve it.
We want to help with just that. How can the change really happen. From policy to action. From thought to behavior.
From research to practice.
For success and sustainability
Our basic principles and starting points
Research as a starting point
Starting from research creates legitimacy and security and it increases our chances that we do the right things. It also contributes to increasing our chances of focusing on what really gives effect and creates results.
Autonomy
Autonomy is fundamental to creating commitment and a sense of ownership. But autonomy can also increase accuracy in method selection as we ourselves know our needs, our challenges and precisely our level of ambition.
Dialogue and reflection
Dialogue builds closeness, curiosity and learning. Dialogue and reflection help us understand and take what we learn into our everyday life. Through dialogue and being able to reflect together, we also exchange perspectives and new ideas that have the opportunity to take root and grow.
Stories
Stories unite, enrich and create meaning. Humans have always gathered around stories to create meaning. Stories make the abstract concrete and we also get a language to gather around and to which we can return in our everyday life.
Together
Exploring new perspectives and looking for new solutions together is enriching. It creates participation and legitimacy in the solutions we find, it builds community and belonging and it gives us perspective and energy in learning.
Teaming instead of teams
In a more complex and fast-moving working life, we train ourselves to become better at working together with others, wherever we are, whoever we work with and however long it lasts. We don't always have to think permanent teams, different team phases, that everyone should be involved and that it is a journey with a start and end point. Instead, we can also just train ourselves to be better at collaboration, regardless of who we work with and when. We don't need to make it any weirder than that.
