A problem in many of today's organizations is that we become more and more afraid of responsibility, vulnerability and failure. We are often organized in a way that means employees have to take as little risk as possible. If we constantly cover up everything with hierarchies, routines, regulations and processes, in the end no one feels responsible and the power to act decreases. Rather, it promotes a climate where people prefer to find faults rather than lift each other up and our successes. This also means that one's own interests become more and more important and when more and more people think that only they themselves will not fall into debt, the will to cooperate and to take responsibility for the whole decreases.
